Greetings fellow humans, I am back again. It’s been a long time, a really long time. Last year seemed to be out to get everyone, and I was smack dab in the middle of it. I’m here today because we are now in 2017, and I have stuff to say again. So let’s see how this one pans out eh?

I’m sure this blog post will be riddled with errors, but I’m just here to talk about what this I have projected for this year. First, lets start with our resolutions, you go first . . . that sounds great, I went with something far more simple. I always tell myself, “I’ll lose weight” or “I’ll write more” or “I’ll get a hair cut” or or or or or or and so on. Well I don’t plan to disappoint, my plan for 2017 is Taco Tuesday every week. I will not miss a single Taco Tuesday this year as long as I can help it. My sub resolution is to make more hot sauce. I have been dabbling with it over the last year and have been enjoying it. No guidelines on that one, I make some here and there and that’s as far as I go with it. If people want to try it then good on me I guess.

The first sauce of the year is a belezian lemon pepper habanero sauce. This is definitely a science that I have yet to perfect. I used peppers and a lemon from my back yard and it came out pretty good for a first try on this recipe that I mostly made up as I went along.
