Pickled Avocados:
For this weeks recipe I decided to go weird. I had a bunch of ripe avocados and extra ingredients so I figured why not make something I heard about only once. So here is the recipe I used!

Ingredients:
1 cup distilled white vinegar
1 cup water
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1 tablespoon kosher salt
3/4 teaspoon whole black peppercorns
1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
9 cloves of garlic
3 firm small (unripened)avocados

Directions:
1: Put all ingredients excluding the avocados in a pot
2: Bring to a boil until sugar and salt have dissolved
3: Let cool to room temperature
4: Put all ingredients including the avocados in a jar
5: Wait a few hours

Enjoy your pickled avocados, avocado pickles, picklecados and avockles. You can make it relish too!
