I want to do my best and simplify exactly what my routine looks like through the day for people who are interested. It usually starts at 6 AM, but that’s only because my morning walk has to be done before the sun illuminates my city with death rays.

-6 AM: I get the fuck up and have a glass of water and probably take a whiz. Then I grab my coffee(almost always a cold brew).

-6:15 AM or earlier: Go for a fasted walk for a minimum of 30 minutes. I go for an hour usually. Here is where I listen to an audio book or play Pokemon Go, if you have a Go Plus you can do both at the same time.

-7:15 AM meditate for 5 to 10 minutes.

-7:30 AM Get ready for work

-8 AM Start travel to work. Here is also where I will listen to an audio book.

-9 AM Start work

*here is where I drink a bunch of water and some coffee*

*at least a gallon of water, sometimes a gallon and a half*


-2 PM eat breakfast(it’s lunch time but this is the first meal of my day so that’s what I call it)

-5:30 leave work

-6 PM to 9 PM Somewhere in between I usually try to hit the gym, aaaaaand audio book.

-10 PM eat last meal and any other non-water consumables including supplements. Also make sure there is cold brew in the jar for the next day.

10:30 PM try to sleep.
