Drinking water and getting your electrolytes is very important. I used to drink about 2 glasses a day and the rest of the time I would drink soda, coffee or tea. This isn’t very helpful if you are trying to hydrate those pesky organs of yours. Remember to hydrate thoroughly, and there is not a substitute for water.

I also mentioned oils in this episode. The best oils I consume are MCT from coconuts, ghee(clarified butter), avocado oil, fish oil and basically anything that is NOT VEGETABLE OIL OR MARGARINE. I will try and do research to find other dangerous oils, but for the most part you want to avoid vegetable oils and margarine. I try to eat many foods that are high in natural oils when I can.
